The Spam and Open Relay Blocking System (SORBS) Open Proxy blocklist is a list of proxy servers that allow anyone to connect regardless of identity or authentication. Allowing anyone to connect to the proxy server permits an attacker to send spam email.

How to get off this blocklist
This blocklist accepts manual requests to remove IP addresses. First you need to register for an account with SORBS. Then you can look up IP addresses and netblocks in the SORBS database and open support tickets.
Your system will need to be secured to not allow anonymous or unauthenticated access to your proxy server.
