Occasionally, you may need to edit a VTO campaign you have already begun to set up (draft) or completed setting up (running).
Campaigns that have not completed setup (draft)
In VTO, find the campaign you want to edit and select the right arrow at the far right of the campaign row. Select Settings.
From here, you can finish setting up your campaign and make changes to all fields. You can also choose to delete your draft using the Delete Draft button at the bottom left of the slideout.
Note: To exit without making changes, select the X at the top right of the slideout. If you make any changes and select Save, campaign start time must be updated to allow 3 hours before the campaign starts.
Once you have made your changes, select Save.
Campaigns that have completed setup but have not started yet (running)
In VTO, find the campaign you want to edit and select the right arrow at the far right of the campaign row. Select Settings.
From here, you can edit:
- Campaign start date
- Campaign start time
- Campaign end date
- Campaign end time
- Credit cap
- Draining or discarding email at the end of the campaign
Note: To exit without making changes, select the X at the top right of the slideout. If you make any changes and select Save, campaign start time must be updated to allow 3 hours before the campaign starts.
Once you have made your changes, select Save.
Campaigns that have started (running)
In VTO, find the campaign you want to edit and select the right arrow at the far right of the campaign row.
- If you want to edit the campaign or end it early, select Settings.
- If you want to pause the campaign, select Pause.
From Settings, you can edit:
- Campaign end date
- Campaign end time
- Draining or discarding email at the end of the campaign
Once you have made your changes, select Save.
