QUESTION:
I am trying to login and keep getting the error: " You are not a member of the named administrators".
I am a system administrator with "modify all data" on my profile, so why am I getting this error?
ANSWER:
This error means that you are not listed as one of the authorized users of DemandTools. For security, some customers indicate which users can access our tools. To modify your list of users, please contact support@validity.com and provide the Salesforce User ID's (the 15 or 18 digit 005XXX ID) to Validity for the specific users that need access to the application.
