QUESTION:
I see every object listed twice in MassEffect, how do I get it back to showing them just once, each?
ANSWER:
This can occur occasionally and typically, a metadata refresh is all that is required to resolve.
To resolve:
On the right side of MassEffect is a button called "Update Newly Added Objects," clicking this button will force a metadata sync refresh and should return the objects to only being shown once.
