How do I change our DemandTools user(s)?
ANSWER:
To change your assigned DemandTools users, contact Validity Support at support@validity.com
When requesting a change it is required that the User IDs are provided. This is the alpha-numeric, 15 or 18 digit ID that starts with 005, not the username. (Where can I find a user's ID?)
Anytime user access changes (i.e. the addition of a new or removal of an existing user), the Salesforce ID will need to be sent to Validity so we can add/delete from the list of authorized users.
