QUESTION:
I have a spreadsheet of new Contact info I need to get created in Salesforce. I have the Account Name to which they should be associated as the Accounts already exist in Salesforce, but MassEffect requires the Account ID.
How should I proceed?
ANSWER:
MassEffect does require the use of the Account ID to accurately associate new incoming Contacts. The Find/Report ID's module can be used to obtain the Account ID(s) prior to the creation of the Contacts. Find/Report ID's will allow the comparison of the spreadsheet to the Account Table and comparison is done based on your field selections using our advanced matching algorithms.
