QUESTION:
We use the NPSP template, and have not been able to find a way to import individual Contacts due to the requirement that Account Name be mapped. Can this tool be used to import individuals?
ANSWER:
No. PeopleImport CANNOT be used to import individuals using the NPSP 1:1 model. It will always require that an Account Name be mapped.
PeopleImport will only work with the standard business Account/Contact model.
