When I build JobBuilder jobs I often use a free command line program called SwithMail.
SwithMail allows me to send email notifications directly from JobBuilder using a gmail account in my case. You can use it to send out job completion notifications or even add attachments created earlier in a JobBuilder job.
Here is a screenshot with SwithMail being used on the last line.
It comes in handy.
