Everest offers reporting capabilities for usage, subscriptions and credits, and login history to all users. Reports can be downloaded in .csv format.
History for all child accounts is included in parent reports.
To access your reports:
- Sign in to Everest.
- Use the navigation menu on the left to go to My Everest, then Account Settings.
- From the top nav bar in Account Settings, select Reports.
Reports: Usage History
Usage history refers to credit consumption by module for your Everest events, such as inbox tests and engagement pixel events, broken down by month. Parent and child accounts show usage separately.
This report contains the following metrics:
- Month-Year
- Account ID
- Account Name
- Account Type (Parent/Child)
- Inbox Tests
- Design Tests
- Email Validations
- Engagement Pixel Events
- Reputation IPs/Domains
- Certification Volume
- VTO Events

In the Filters section, you can use the Date range dropdown to control the time frame for your report.

Active credit period: only usage from the current allotment.
- If you are 4 months into the second year of a three-year subscription, the current 4 months will be shown.
- If your usage is counted by the month rather than the year, the current month will be shown.

Whole subscription: usage for the current subscription.
- If you have been an Everest user for 5 years, but your current subscription started 1 year, 4 months ago, only the last 1 year, 4 months will be shown.
- All time: all usage within the past 5 years, including current and past subscriptions.
- Custom date: a date range you specify.
Once you have chosen the date range, select Download to receive your report.
Reports: Subscription & Credit Activity
Subscription and credit activity refers to how many credits and allotments have been granted to your account, have been purchased, or have expired, and when these events take place.
This report contains the following metrics:
- Date: date of action
- Account
- Type
- Amount
- Expiration: date of expiration (if expired in this action)
- Granted: date when credits were purchased or granted (if granted in this action)
- From
- Status
- Event: expiration or grant
- Reason
In the Filters section, you can use the Date range dropdown to control the time frame for your report.

Reports: Login History
Login history refers to when individual users on your Everest account have accessed the platform. You can use this report to help you encourage adoption in your organization.
This report contains the following columns:
- Date
- Account ID
- Account Name
- User Email
- IP
In the Filters section, you can use the Date range dropdown to control the time frame for your report.
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- Last 1 year
- Custom: a date range you specify, broken down by month.
