Certified senders cannot segment traffic by mailbox provider from one Certified IP.
Because this behavior is often used by senders to avoid or obscure reputation data or program measurements, it is only allowed in special circumstances and only if approved in writing.
Senders who use these tactics, or similar ones, may have their IP address suspended or their account removed from the Certified program.
