When checking Certification in Everest or your Daily Performance Report, you may see a scenario where an IP can be suspended from benefits, but an issue is not listed and all of the compliance metrics are within acceptable limits (Green).
When this happens, there are usually three primary causes:
- A suspected security compromise: suspicious activity from your IP was detected and the IP address was temporarily suspended as a precaution.
- An issue with the IP's reverse DNS record: a change to your IP's reverse DNS record occurred recently.
- Administrative suspension enforced by the Compliance Team.
In the event these scenarios occur, leading to a suspension in benefits, you will receive an automated email alert notifying you of the issue. Simply reply to the email and a compliance or support representative will respond to provide further assistance.
If you did not receive an email alert, send an email directly to the Certification compliance team at certification@validity.com.
