What is the Universal Feedback Loop (uFBL)?
- Receive aggregated insights from mailbox providers for free
- Upgrade to receive ARF reports that allow you to remove or suppress subscribers from your list who no longer wish to receive your email
How do I get a login for the uFBL?
New subscribers should navigate to the Universal Feedback Loop main page, select Sign Up and fill out the required information. If you are already subscribed to some or all of Validity’s hosted feedback loops, you can log into the Universal Feedback Loop with your existing credentials.

- Click Show Instructions to capture your unique Everest FBL email address:

Which providers are included on the Universal Feedback Loop?
Does the Universal Feedback Loop take into account senders who manage multiple subscriptions?
- Pending activation: Waiting for approval on IP ownership via the confirmation email selected at setup.
- Disabled: By the postmaster or Validity. This status can also refer to a free uFBL subscription, which does not receive ARF reports.
- Paused: Sender has paused the subscription.
- Bounced: We tried sending the ARF report to the FBL address but ran into deliverability issues. The bounce message in the UI is generic. Reactivate the subscription and submit a support request if the issue recurs.
- Pending approval: Some postmasters prefer to review subscriptions before customers can start sending reports. Submit a support request if your subscription isn't approved within 2 weeks.
