The best file format for the Seed List Optimizer is a plain text or CSV file, with no header row, one email address or domain per line, and no other data included. The Seed List Optimizer will not recognize Word documents, Excel files, etc.
Everest does not need the fully qualified email address. To protect your subscribers' personally identifiable information (PII), please redact the @ symbol and everything to its left.
