When a campaign doesn't appear in Everest, you can typically narrow the problem down to one of two causes.
- The reference addresses (the first four addresses in your Everest seed list) or the entirety of the Everest seed list was not included on the send or was suppressed in some way. Check with your Email Service Provider (ESP) to ensure successful delivery to the Everest seed list. Submit a request to Validity Support for additional assistance.
- The sending address for your campaign has been blocked by Everest. Submit a request to Validity Support to see if your sending address has been blocked.
