This guide is for: Feedback Loops, Signal Spam, Microsoft SNDS, and Google Postmaster integrations.
Before you start on the Advanced Setup, be sure to complete the Basic Setup first. If you have any questions about setting up, visit the Everest Help Center or contact Validity Support at support@validity.com.
1. Feedback Loops (FBLs)
The Feedback Loops (FBL) integration accepts forwarded ESP complaint data or complaint data from the Universal Feedback Loop.
If your ESP cannot forward complaint data, sign up with the Universal Feedback Loop separately for the integration to work. Some FBL providers (e.g. Microsoft and Yahoo!) do not allow multiple forwarding addresses. If your ESP already set up FBLs for you, you cannot forward that complaint data from those FBL providers to Everest.
1. Log in to Everest
2. Navigate to My Everest and click Apps & Integrations
3. Locate the Feedback Loops (FBL) tile and click Add Account
5. Locate your unique complaint forwarding email address.
6. Contact your Email Service Provider and request they forward complaint data to this email address.
7. If you are already signed up with the Universal Feedback Loop service, click Sign In to log in to your account and change the email address to receive reports to your unique complaint forwarding address.
8. If you need to sign up for the Universal Feedback Loop service, click Sign Up to create an account. When prompted, enter your unique complaint forwarding address to receive reports.
- Links to other FBL providers are listed if needed or you can refer to the Validity Help Center for a list of available FBL providers.
