To edit or remove a shared account as a service client:
- Sign in to Everest.
- Use the navigation menu at left to go to My Everest, then Apps & Integrations.
- Scroll down to the Utilities section, find Account Sharing, and select Settings.
- Under the Who Has Access tab, find the row for the shared account you want to edit.
- Use the dropdown menus to edit Status or Role.
- Role can switch between Read-Only and Login Access.
- Status can be changed to Revoked to remove a shared account.
- Select anywhere outside the dropdown menu to finish.
To edit a shared account as a Partner:
- Sign in to Everest.
- Use the navigation menu at left to go to My Everest, then Apps & Integrations.
- Scroll down to the Utilities section, find Account Sharing, and select Settings.
- Under the Shared With Me tab, find the row for the shared account you want to edit.
- Use the dropdown menus to edit Status or Role.
- Select anywhere outside the dropdown menu to finish.
To edit the manager(s) for a shared account as a Partner:
- Sign in to Everest.
- Use the navigation menu at left to go to Partner Edition, then Child & Shared Accounts.
- Select Manage Accounts at the top right of the page.
- Select the Shared Accounts tab.
- Under the Managed By column, select the dropdown menu on the row for the shared account you want to edit.
- Check the box beside the manager(s) you want to add.
- Click anywhere outside the dropdown menu to finish.
