How long is my subscription term?
Everest Elements and Everest Elements Plus are monthly subscriptions. Subscriptions will auto-renew until you cancel your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription through the Everest interface.
- Sign in to your Everest Elements account.
- Select Account Settings from the left navigation bar under My Everest.
- Select Subscription from the vertical menu under the Account Settings tab.
- Select Manage Subscription at the top right of your screen. You will be redirected to your subscription page where you can cancel your subscription.
Once you have cancelled your subscription, your login will remain valid until the listed expiry date. You can also choose to reactivate your subscription during this time.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is tiered based on your email send volume. You can refer to validity.com/everest/elements for more information on the Everest Elements packages.

Does Validity store my payment information?
Your recurring payments are processed securely through Validity's partners. Validity does not have access to and does not store your payment information.
My payment transaction failed. Why?
The message will generally tell you why the transaction failed. Common reasons include an expired card or an incorrectly entered card number, expiration date, or billing address. Ensure the card information you have entered is current and correct. Your bank may have further details.
My Everest Elements account is disabled. How do I reenable my account?
Access to your account may be temporarily disabled when a payment does not go through. To reenable your account:
- Sign in to your Everest Elements account.
- Select Account Settings from the left navigation bar under My Everest.
- Select Subscription from the vertical menu under the Account Settings tab.
- Select Manage Subscription at the top right of your screen. You will be redirected to your subscription page where you can update your credit card information.
Once your payment successfully goes through, your account will be reenabled automatically.
How do I download an invoice for my Everest Elements subscription?
To find an invoice for your subscription:
- Sign in to your Everest Elements account.
- Select Account Settings from the left navigation bar under My Everest.
- Select Subscription from the vertical menu under the Account Settings tab.
- Select Manage Subscription at the top right of your screen. You will be redirected to your subscription page where you can download your invoice.
