How long is my subscription term?
DemandTools Elements is an annual subscription, charged monthly for your convenience.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is tiered based on the number of seats in your Salesforce org. When you estimate your monthly payment, the payment page shows a blended per-unit rate for simplicity.
Are Verify credits included in my subscription?
When you sign up for DemandTools Free Edition or a DemandTools Elements trial, you receive 500 Verify credits. Additional Verify credits are purchased separately from your DemandTools Elements subscription. The same payment information is used both for your subscription and for credit purchases.
How do I add Verify credits?
Admin users can add credits from the Subscriptions page or directly in the Verify module.
Does Validity store my payment information?
Your recurring payments are processed securely through the Recurly subscription management platform. Validity does not have access to and does not store your payment information.
My payment transaction failed. Why?
The message will generally tell you why the transaction failed. Common reasons include an expired card or an incorrectly entered card number, expiration date, or billing address. Ensure the card information you have entered is current and correct. Your bank may have further details.
My DemandTools Elements account is disabled. How do I reenable my account?
Access to your account may be temporarily disabled when a payment does not go through. To reenable your account:
- Sign into your Validity account.
- Select your name in the top right corner to open the dropdown menu.
- Select Billing Info.
- Update your card number, expiration date, or billing address.
Once your payment successfully goes through, your account will be reenabled automatically.
How do I download an invoice for my DemandTools Elements subscription?
To find a receipt or invoice for your subscription:
- Sign into your Validity account.
- Select your name in the top right corner to open the dropdown menu.
- Select Billing Info.
- Download your invoice.
