If an organization uses a proxy server to access the internet, proxy server settings will need to be entered using the Proxy / Endpoint Setup button in the upper right.
Additionally, if logging into a sandbox via Salesforce API Login, a custom endpoint will need to be added to redirect the login to the sandbox login servers.

Proxy Settings
If an organization uses a proxy server to access the internet, proxy server settings will need to be entered on the DemandTools login screen using the Proxy Setup button in the upper right.
Obtaining Proxy Settings
- Each organization functions differently and not all require the use of a Proxy server
- If the use of the Proxy is required, your IT Department will be able to provide you with the Proxy Server information
- If your company does not require the use of a Proxy, leave the "Use Proxy" checkbox unchecked
