PeopleImport and DemandTools, together at last
PeopleImport functionality was added to the Import module of DemandTools V Release. Your PeopleImport flow now supports person accounts, includes all features of Import, doesn't require a separate download, is Mac compatible, and more!
Head to the Import module and select the Upsert function to get started. From there, you can choose what objects you want to compare against and start building your scenario.
Pre-Import, multi object deduplication
The Import module now allows you to compare incoming records against multiple standard or custom objects and other records in your spreadsheet during import to prevent list loads from creating duplicates. You can select from any objects. This is no longer limited to Contacts, Leads, and Accounts! Have a file of Accounts with Opportunities that you need to run through to look for duplicates? No problem! Just select those objects from the dropdown and then build out your scenario.
Role Based Access
You can now control who has access to DemandTools and which modules they can use using custom roles, making it easier to manage data as a team. Have marketing users that only need access to Import? Using roles you can easily set up a custom role based on this criteria.
