Accessing Log Files
To access log files in the DemandTools V Release, go to Help – Troubleshooting – App Logs
From here, you have the following options:
- View Current Log File (Today's log file)
- Download Logs
- Open Logs Folder*
*Logs are stored on your PC in the following path: AppData – Roaming – Validity DemandTools – Logs
Reading Log Files
The Current Log File will include information related to jobs run on that specific day. The most recent jobs will be located at the bottom of the log file so you may have to scroll to find the information you are looking for.
To access logs from previous days, select the "Open Logs Folder." Log files will be organized by date.
