Processing Tools

Use Cases

• Using the Junk filters, locate and delete junk Leads that came in from poorly filled out web forms
• Merge records that are too different to find with matching algorithms, but the end user knows from working with the Account/Client that they are dupes
• In conjunction with a MassImpact field sum (or Salesforce roll-up summary field), find all Contacts associated to Accounts with a closed won Opportunity amount over a specific amount and add them to a Loyalty Rewards Campaign. PowerGrid allows a user to pick which Contacts are used, it does not force the addition of all Contacts that fit the query
