1. Select Use All to look at all records for this object or Use Conditions to subset
2. If Use Conditions is selected, create conditions by picking a field, operator and value

3. Filter Match Results: Allows the results to be filtered based on the supplied criteria. The results grid will ONLY show duplicate groups where at least ONE of the records matches the criteria. Users will still need to apply a master rule to pick the desired record based on the criteria but there will be fewer matches to evaluate, resulting in a quicker application of the master rule.
