A ProperCaseOverrides.txt file can be found in Documents\DemandToolsData\ReplaceList directory. The words contained in this file WILL NOT be changed by the ProperCaseName and ProperCaseNameForceAll formulas. They will be left in the case specified in the file.
Users are HIGHLY encouraged to review this file and update based on their organizations needs. The file is a simple text file and can be opened/modified using notepad.
