ANSWER:
This error is thrown when there are null values in the Duplicates Blocked or Duplicates Merged fields on any DupeBlocker Scenarios. These null values will need to be replaced with the value 0 to prevent this error from being thrown. These fields are not able to be updated in the UI so the user will need to use DemandTools PowerGrid or DemandTools MassImpact to replace the null values with 0's.
