ANSWER: Yes. DupeBlocker supports ALL objects, including opportunities and custom objects. Not only can it be customized to detect duplicates for all objects they can also be merged, even auto-merged if desired. In order to use DupeBlocker with non-standard objects (e.g. Opportunities, custom objects etc.), the objects will first need to be enabled in DupeBlocker Settings.
