Before enabling SSO for the GridBuddy Connect organization, It’s recommended to keep one Admin user that is not SSO enabled.
- Select Organization from the top menu.
- Select Profile in the left navigation bar.
- Select the Enable SSO button at the bottom of the page.
- Follow the steps at Implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) with SAML in MyValidity for your identity provider (IdP). If your IdP is not listed, follow the steps for any IdP.
Please note that SSO users will need to login with your organization’s SSO URL after enabling SSO for an org, i.e. if your organization’s name is “Acme”, then SSO users would use https://acme.gridbuddyconnect.com instead of https://www.gridbuddyconnect.com.
