GridBuddy Connect - Using Conditional Formatting with GridBuddy Connect for Dynamics

In Step 2 of the Grid Wizard, you can set up Conditional Formatting rules. These will highlight different fields in your grid based on conditions that you define here.

1. Click “new rule” and give your rule a name
2. Set the field condition. If the field condition is a date range, use the following ranges:
   • N_FISCAL_QUARTERS_AGO:n
   • N_FISCAL_YEARS_AGO:n
   • THIS_FISCAL_QUARTER
   • LAST_FISCAL_QUARTER
   • NEXT_FISCAL_QUARTER
   • NEXT_N_FISCAL_?QUARTERS:n
   • LAST_N_FISCAL_?QUARTERS:n
   • THIS_FISCAL_YEAR
   • LAST_FISCAL_YEAR
   • NEXT_FISCAL_YEAR
   • NEXT_N_FISCAL_?YEARS:n
   • LAST_N_FISCAL_?YEARS:n
3. Set the formatting

In this example, any opportunity record (a child object in this grid) with an actual revenue greater than $100K will have that same field highlighted in green.
