In Step 2 of the Grid Wizard, you can set up Conditional Formatting rules. These will highlight different fields in your grid based on conditions that you define here.
- Click “new rule” and give your rule a name
- Set the field condition. If the field condition is a date range, use the following ranges:
- N_FISCAL_QUARTERS_AGO:n
- N_FISCAL_YEARS_AGO:n
- THIS_FISCAL_QUARTER
- LAST_FISCAL_QUARTER
- NEXT_FISCAL_QUARTER
- NEXT_N_FISCAL_?QUARTERS:n
- LAST_N_FISCAL_?QUARTERS:n
- THIS_FISCAL_YEAR
- LAST_FISCAL_YEAR
- NEXT_FISCAL_YEAR
- NEXT_N_FISCAL_?YEARS:n
- LAST_N_FISCAL_?YEARS:n
- Set the formatting
In this example, any opportunity record (a child object in this grid) with an actual revenue greater than $100K will have that same field highlighted in green.
