Here are some troubleshooting steps for GridBuddy Connect:
- If a user can’t access grids:
- Confirm that the GridBuddy Connect (GBC) User record information (esp. email) matches their Dynamics User record
- Check the GBC User list to confirm the User was created and activated
- If your grids don’t look right, or you see an error, turn on the browser Inspect Element and check the Console for any errors
- If you still can’t figure it out, send us a Support ticket at support@validity.com with the following information:
- Summary of the issue
- Step by step instructions to reproduce it
- Send screenshots of the issue
- Send a URL of the page where the issue occurs
- Send credentials for GridBuddy Connect and Dynamics
- Confirm in what browser the issue appears
