GridBuddy Connect - Troubleshooting your GridBuddy Connect Grids
Troubleshooting GridBuddy Connect Grids
If a user can’t access grids:
Confirm that the GridBuddy Connect User record information (esp. email) matches their Salesforce User record
Check the GBC User store if User was created
If you can't find the Salesforce GridBuddy Connect app, confirm that there is a “Default” record for the “GridBuddy Connect Settings”. Make sure there are no typos, it contains the correct GridBuddy Connect org ID, and that there is no more than 1 Default record
If your grids don’t look right, or you see an error, turn on the browser Inspect Element and check the Console for any errors
If you're switching between multiple SFDC/GBC orgs, you might need to consciously log out of GBC. You'll see "No such grid exists" error if there's a conflict between orgs.
If you still can’t figure it out, send us a Support ticket at support@validity.com with the following information:
Summary of the issue
Step by step instructions to reproduce it
Send screenshots of the issue
Send a URL of the page where the issue occurs
Send credentials for GridBuddy Connect and Salesforce
Confirm in what browser the issue appears
Confirm the version of GridBuddy Connect Managed Package (from setup>installed packages)
