What is GridBuddy?
GridBuddy is a Managed Salesforce Application that is designed to reduce the effort to log and update multiple records. It consolidates related records for multiple objects for easier access/viewing/usage
ReadyGrids
ReadyGrids are pre-configured grids that make use of all GridBuddy’s features. Each grid is organized within six persona folders. ReadyGrids sync instantly with Salesforce data, ready for immediate use.
GridBuddy as a Tabbed Workspace
- Full width workspace
- Multiple tabs = Multiple grids, each on a different object

GridBuddy Embedded onto a Record Detail Page
- Grid data is automatically associated to the record on which it’s embedded
- Grid replaces need for related items

Create a Grid
- Open the App Launcher and search "Grid"
- Select the Grid Wizard
- In the Grid Wizard Landing Page, click “Create a new grid”
Grid Wizard Step 1:
- Select what object you want the grid to be built on.
- Name your grid
- Turn on user-defined features (create, filtering, etc)

Grid Wizard Step 2:
- Select fields to include in your grid
- Make fields editable or read-only via field properties
- Add related or unrelated child objects
- Map unrelated child objects
Grid Wizard Step 3:
- Create and edit admin filters
- Filter on parent object or child objects
- Create a “forecast view” (Kanban view) filter
- Sort your grid
- Set max record limit, if your grid is pulling in large #s of records
