QUESTION:
I want to add Leads/Contacts to an existing Campaign in PeopleImport, but I do not see the one I want in the list. How do I add it to the list?
ANSWER:
The drop down list only shows Campaigns that are marked as active in Salesforce. If the desired Campaign is not listed, then it needs to be activated in Salesforce.
After activating, logout of PeopleImport and log back in and then select it from the dropdown list (you may want to save the PeopleImport scenario BEFORE logging out so as not to lose all completed stages up to that point, i.e. mapping, matching, etc.).
