We have to make a change to our PeopleImport user(s) because the currently assigned user:
- is on medical leave
- left the company
- no longer needs access to the tool
How can I make change users?
If the assigned user on a PeopleImport account needs to be changed it is required that Validity is contacted by logging a case here.
Validity will need to update the account to allow access to the newly assigned user.
It is also required that we have the new user's name and email so that we may confirm a successful login and add them to your Organizations contacts.
