QUESTION:
I have the latest version of DemandTools installed but, I get this error when I open JobBuilder. After I click OK on the pop up, JobBuilder closes. I am unable to access JobBuilder.
How do I resolve this?
ANSWER:
This can occur on:
- A machine with a new install of DemandTools that has yet to be logged into.
- A machine that has had an uninstall / re-install of DemandTools that has not been logged into.
- A machine where the installed version of DemandTools is lower than 2.60.71
JobBuilder needs at least one successful login to DemandTools (on the same machine) before it can read the DemandTools version.
To resolve:
- Login to DemandTools
- If logging into DemandTools doesn't resolve the issue, DemandTools needs to be upgraded to the most current version. You can access the most current version by navigating to Products at the top of this Support Portal.
